Visual Artist Demetra Kolakis and 'D10119'

Demetra Kolakis is a London based visual artist working as a photographer and designer in both the cultural and fashion milieu. In addition to creating the design concept line D10119, she has also worked collaboratively and individually on a variety of interdisciplinary projects.

Her work has been exhibited in pop up exhibitions and events, galleries, and international shows including Ideal Berlin, Best Shop Berlin, Designers Against Aids and Premium, Who's Next Paris Sept 2011. 

Following the success of D10119, she was awarded the University of the Arts London International Graduate Scholarship, and recently graduated with distinction and obtained an MA in Fashion Media at UAL.
