From Thursday 1st December untill Sunday 18th December, fashion platform Acreati will present its XMAS Pop-up Shop & Exhibition at Entre Deux (Level 2) in collaboration with Forza Fashion House Maastricht. Centrummanagement Maastricht will provide an interesting cultural program as part of the Magic Cultural Festival in Maastricht.

The pop-up features an outspoken selection of independent fashion designers together with contemporary photography. With a special storytelling approach Acreati and Forza Fashion House introduce you to a new shopping experience, where you get an insight on designers’ collections through photography and art.

Valentina studied at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts & Design. She has worked with various leading fashion magazines such as Glamour NL, L'Officiel NL, Glamcult, JFK Magazine, Vice, news papers suchs as Volkskrant and Het Parool, and companies Tommy Hilfiger, CitizenM Hotels, Men at Work, Hema, Ace & Tate and many more. She is known for her elegant polished fashion snapshots, combined with humor and originality.

Shop Noir opened a second shop at Wyckerbrugstraat 38A, just across the first shop, in the upcoming trendy quarter called Wyck.
The new shop offers a fashionable, but affordable selection of shoes, bags and jewellery by brands like: Herschel, Clarck, Royal Republic, Maison Shoeshibar, Vanessa Wu, Nike, Dixie Shoe te Bear and Bronx.

Once in a while Maastricht gets a new hotspot, this time in the up-and-coming neighbourhood Jekerkwartier where designer Milan Palma opens his studio / store.
Located at Maastrichter Heidenstraat 3A in Maastricht, Milan Palma Studio/Atelier offers handmade leather bags and accessories. But there is more in the same street (Maastrichter Heidenstraat), you can shop and have a coffee just across at Le Marais Deux & Koffie and buy unique made in Maastricht clothing at LB Lena Berens Studio/Store.

FASHIONCLASH designer Market

As you already know, the FASHIONCLASH Festival will take place from the 13th until the 15th of June at the SAMdecorfabriek in Maastricht. On offer, we have mind-blowing fashion shows, an incredible exhibition and, at the same location for the first time this year, a Designer Market!

The Designer Market is a unique platform where 30 young designers will sale their collections. It is of course a great opportunity for them, as they will present their work to a large audience, but also for you. Who doesn’t want to have exclusive and original designer pieces? Now you might ask, what will you be able to see and purchase at the Designer Market?

FASHIONCLASH Side Program 2014

During the FASHIONCLASH Festival 2014, we are not just offering amazing fashion shows, a mind-blowing exhibition, and an exciting Designer Market. No, the whole city of Maastricht is participating in the FASHIONCLASH Side Program. Pop-up stores, exhibitions, lectures, movies, special events in selected boutiques and cultural spots will be spread across Maastricht and turn the FASHIONCLASH Festival into a truly unforgettable event. 

On the 12th of June, the side program will be officially opened with a fashion show at the Bijenkorf at 7pm. After the fashion show, you will be able to relax in the dark rooms of the Lumière Cinema that will show a selection of fashion films during the Fashion Film Night Out. But besides that, what will happen during the Side Program? Let me warn you, it’s going to be busy, so grab your walking shoes and follow the guide!

This Thursday evening, October 31st, FASHIONCLASH Pop-Up Store opened doors again. FASHIONCLASH Pop-up Store is open from November 1, the end date is not known yet but you can for sure visit the store in the next three months.
