ellen:truijen brandstore opens in Maastricht

During the openingweekend ellen:truijen takes part at FASHIONCLASH Side Program. For this event Ellen Truijen and artist Sanne Vaassen did a collaboration which will be shown from June 12 - June 15. On thursday June 12 both artists will be present. The store will be open all weekend from 1pm - 5pm.

The ellen:truijen store will keep brands such as POPcph, La Fille d’O, KOMONO and Maastricht based labels Lena Berens, Lisanne Janssen & Gabriel+Guevara. New in and desirable are Kiyoko lip balm (100% natural), chocolate from Mast Brothers and brand Brosbi, down to earth sweaters and shirts for men and women. The collection in the ellen:truijen store stands out in the combination of simplicity and richness in materials and detailing and focus on local designers, honest products and quality.

Design-Boulevard during Inspire City in Heerlen

During INSPIRE CITY 2012, DDDE (Dutch Design Desk Europe) will present twenty designers from the Euregio Meuse-Rhine (Maastricht, Aachen, Hasselt, Heerlen and Liège) at the Heerlen Woonboulevard.
The designers were selected in cooperation with FASHIONCLASH, Designmetropole Aachen, Zachte G and MOS store.

INSPIRE CITY 2012 takes place from 12th till 21th October.
With over 4 million visitors annually, of which approximately 35% from Germany and Belgium, Woonboulevard Heerlen makes the theme “Design für Alle” accessible for a wide audience in the Euregion. The theme stands for “quality in everyday things for everyone.” In cooperation with the Foundation Dutch Design Desk Europe, the first designer promenade in the Netherlands will be presented at the opening night on Friday, October 12.

SALON/Maastricht

This weekend, June 2, SALON/Maastricht will open and it's a prelude to 10 fabulous fashion days in Maastricht. 60 designers/artists are showing work in various locations in Maastricht. 


You can see work FASHIONCLASH Maastricht designers from previous events like Ingo Binder, Linda Maissan, Valentin Loellmann, John Franzen, Sidi el Karchi and Fabian von Spreckelsen.

Among them are also FASHIONCLASH Maastricht 2012 participants such as Brian Geradts, Zohra Murad, Kaspar Hamacher, and Branko Popovic and not to forget amazing Bas Kosters who is our special guest at FASHIONCLASH Party (June 9th).
