Maastricht Modestad Team & designers on tour
In context of the
Ontwerper/Ondernemer Project (Designer/Entrepreneur project), Munincipality of Maastricht organized an inspiring trip to Belgium Limburg. We started the day with a visit to
Flanders Fashion Makers by Mopan in Alken. Following we drove further to C-Mine Genk where we attended a presentation by
IDE (Innovatie & Design Euregio) and MIC (Microsoft Innovation Center). Last destination of the trip was the visit to Fashion Museum Hasselt (
Modemuseum Hasselt) where we where welcomed by museum's director, Kenneth Ramaekers, who gave an encouraging talk about our local hero's and Euregional potential. In addition we where able to tale a look at the current exhibition in the museum 'Moda - Made in Italy'.
