Meet Natalie Dawson, an in Manchester based fashion designer, who originally is from Dallas, USA. She graduated from Cardonald College with a HND in fashion design and manufacture in 2011 and in 2014 she graduated from the Manchester School of Art with a honours BA in fashion design. Q&A with Natalie Dawson
When did you realise you wanted to be a fashion designer?
I came to fashion late in life. I originally came from a curating /fine art photography background but when I was 24 I took a dressmaking class then enrolled in a fashion design course. I haven't looked back after that.
What are your main achievements in your career at this moment?
Showcasing my work at the House of Parliament in London and at a showcase in Ningbo China. Fashion has taken me to places I would have never thought I would ever get to.
